AGAM PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Raise F.X Sutijastoto and Faried Utomo as Commissioners of the Company

JAKARTA - Several Commissioners were appointed at the holding of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy for 2018. The event was held at the Head Office of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy, Menara Cakrawala, Central Jakarta, Friday (05/10/2019). Based on the GMS decision, there was a change in PGE management for the 2019 accounting period. Reappointing Faried Utomo as the Company's Commissioner for the second period for a term of office. , thirdly appointed FX Sutijastoto as the Company's Commissioner for a period of one period. The shareholders of PT Pertamina (Persero) represented by PTH President Director Heru Setiawan revealed that with the new management structure it is expected that PGE's performance in 2019 will increase.
