Karo - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) Sibayak Area affiliated with PT Pertamina (Persero), showed social concern in the form of providing food packages to the community in Karo District, (28/5).
Operations & HSSE Senior Supervisor Ryan Dwi Gustriandha said that PGE provides basic needs for communities that are eligible to receive in two Karo Regency villages.
"PGE Sibayak Area undertook Pertamina Care Covid-19 CSR activities by providing basic needs in the form of 250 kg of 5 kilogram rice packages for Doulu Village, Berastagi District and 296 sacks for Semangat Gunung Village, Merdeka District," Ryan said.
This activity is the second series of CSR assistance after last month realizing health equipment and supporting facilities for Covid-19 prevention for the two closest villages and Puskesmas.
"Hopefully this program can help alleviate the economic conditions of the surrounding community due to the Covid-19 pandemic," concluded Ryan.
