Transfers or rotations and promotions among employees or management are commonplace in the company environment, as is what happens at PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (“PT PGE”). This is done in order to improve and develop the capabilities and competencies of employees to improve company performance.
Along with the transfer of duties as President Director Ali Mundakir to PT Elnusa Tbk, Evi Ali Mundakir also ended his position as chairman of the PGE Patra Women's Association (PWP) and was replaced by Yussi Ahmad Yuniarto as the new chairman.
The handover ceremony from Evi Ali Mundakir to Yussi Ahmad Yuniarto as Chair of the Patra Women's Association (PWP) was held on Monday, March 8, 2021 through the MEVENT application.
This event was witnessed directly by Trisni Damayanti Heru Setiawan as chairman of the Central Level Patra Women's Association of PT Pertamina Power Indonesia and was also attended by the Executive Board of the Patra Tk Central Women's Association of PT Pertamina Power Indonesia as well as the Management of the Patra Women's Union at the Regional Level of PT PGE, Kamojang Area and level The Lahendong Area, then attended also by PWP PT PGE Lumut Balai Area and Karaha Area.
