Lumut Balai - For the umpteenth time, PT Pertamina (Persero) through its affiliated PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) has taken another caring action in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic in the Lumut Balai Work Area, by distributing mask and sanitizer packages to 13 elementary and junior high schools in Semende Darat Laut District, Muara Enim Regency and Ulu Ogan District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency (Tuesday, 1/9).
Previously, PGE Area Lumut Balai provided multivitamin assistance and thermo gun for each school as well as portable sink assistance.
The provision of this multivitamin is a form of Pertamina's concern for students and teachers who will restart face-to-face learning activities.
Multivitamins are given to increase the body's immunity so that it is not susceptible to viruses.
This assistance is part of the Pertamina Care Program for the Prevention of Covid-19.
It is hoped that this assistance can be useful for all levels of society in the effort to tackle Covid-19.
This assistance was also accompanied by the Babinsa Koramil of Pulau Panggung.
Principal of SDN 10 Semende Darat Laut, Suhartan expressed his gratitude for the assistance given.
"Thank you for the assistance from Pertamina, hopefully this can be useful and a blessing," he said.
General Manger Lumut Balai, Hasan Basri also fully supports all activities in the effort to tackle Covid-19.
"Every effort is made to support the government in efforts to tackle Covid-19," he concluded.
