Jakarta - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy, which continues to innovate to continue to grow amid the rapid pace of information technology, won an award at the TOP Digital Awards 2019. The event was held at the Sultan Hotel, Wednesday (11/27).
The TOP Digital Awards 2019 is an annual event held as the highest form of appreciation in Indonesia for companies (BUMN, BUMD, private) and government agencies.
Several Ministry & Institution Leaders, Governors, Mayors, Regents, CEOs and IT Managers were present at this event, to receive awards.
PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy was awarded 3 awards including the category of TOP Leader on Digital Implementation 2019, TOP Digital Implementation 2019 on Energy & Mining Sector, and SAMS - TOP Digital on Asset Management.
The award was received directly by the President Director, Operations Director, and Senior Manager of Goematics & ICT of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy.
"Alhamdulillah, PGE with the award achieved can be the spirit to increase digital innovation in the future, so that through digital transformation it is expected to be able to work more effectively and efficiently," said Ali Mundakir, President Director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy on different occasions.
One of the awards obtained is the TOP Digital on Asset Management category, which is the company's asset maintenance information system called the Seamless Asset Management System (SAMS).
SAMS is a system designed to convert all manual administrative activities in the implementation of Asset Integrity Management Practices into digital activities. This system is not a stand-alone program, but it still bases on MySAP Module PM as a database.
The SAMS application is the first mobile application integrated with MySAP in Pertamina.
This application is the result of cooperation from the Operation & Engineering Function, Operations Area, as well as PT PGE's Geomatic & ICT as well as from PT Pertamina (Persero) 's CICT Team.
Through the application of the SAMS application, the entire set of reporting on the maintenance of company assets can be digitized and can be done directly using a smartphone at the maintenance site. Thus the process of maintaining company assets can run faster and more concise.
