PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Holds Workshop on Preparation of Batch I CIP

PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) continues to encourage an innovation culture to create significant new breakthroughs for business and operations. To improve the competitiveness of innovation and improvement in the work environment PGE held a Workshop on Preparation of Procedures for the writing of more structured CIP Minutes and awareness of CIP supporting materials. The Batch I CIP event was held for two days, at The Luxton Hotel Bandung, on 7-9 May 2018.

The workshop was attended by Director of Exploration & Development Khairul Rozaq, and also attended by 47 participants from PGE working environment in the form of Auditors and worshop participants.

The purpose of this event, so that workers can improve their competence in implementing innovation to support the achievement of corporate targets. CIP PGE in 2017 has produced 52 innovation ideas worth Rp 1.67 trillion value creation, and in 2018 until now have registered 123 ideas of innovation. It is expected that value creation in 2018 will also increase.

In his speech, Director of Exploration & Development Khairul Rozaq expressed his wishes with the holding of Workshop on Preparation of Batch I CIP.

"With the holding of this Batch I CIP Workshop Concept event this time, I hope to improve the innovation quality of workers in 2018. It is hoped that the innovation can contribute positively to efficiency in all lines of the company, so that in the end it can improve revenue and profitability of firms. "

"This CIP has been held since 2010 and it is expected that this culture can continue to run in the next years, because in addition to raising the value creation, also in accordance with the target company" Add Rozaq.
