Since June 2023, Julfi Hadi has been appointed President and Director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk in an effort to become a world-class green energy company with the largest installed geothermal capacity in the world. He holds a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Texas, El Paso, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Texas, El Paso, USA.
More than 30 years of experience in the geothermal and oil and gas sectors. Began his career as a geologist at Amoseas Indonesia. In carrying out his master's education, he succeeded in obtaining an award from the Geological Society of America South Central Section for his thesis work. He has experience in several geothermal projects, such as Wayang Windu Unit-2, 110 MW, and Darajat Unit-3, 110 MW.
PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk appointed Rachmat Hidayat as its Director of Exploration and Development.
Prior to joining PGE, holder of Master’s degree in Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung already has extensive experience in the energy upstream sector. He served in various strategic positions in Pertamina, such as VP Upstream Business Development & Portfolio in PT Pertamina (Persero), VP Upstream Business Growth in PT Pertamina (Persero), and VP Technical Support in PT Pertamina EP CEPU.
In June 2023, Ahmad Yani was appointed Operations Director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk. He holds a Master's degree in Physics (Geothermal Exploration) from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor of Engineering (Petroleum Engineering) from the University of Indonesia.
Has 20 years of work experience at PT. Pertamina with various exposures to complete work assignments starting from upstream to downstream in the geothermal industry in various fields in the PGE Area to the Head Office. The three skill groups that have been undertaken are reservoir engineering (exploration and exploitation), production operations (steam field and PLTP side), and geothermal drilling (drilling).
Effort in carbon emission reduction requires a large investment and robust financial management to ensure the continuity of the business and its benefits for many parties. In February 2021, Nelwin Aldriansyah was appointed as the Financial Director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk.
Nelwin Aldriansyah is a holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow with various experiences in the financial and investment industries in many key positions in renowned companies, such as Director of Investment Banking PT Bahana Securities, Director of M&A PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, and Director of Debt Capital Market PT ANZ-Panin Bank.
Sarman Simanjorang was appointed as the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk on 23 October 2020 to lead the Board of Commissioners in supervising and providing advice to the management of the company and ensuring the implementation of good corporate governance. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from STIAMI Jakarta and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from STIE Adhy Niaga.
Prior to being appointed as President Commissioner, the APKASI Executive Director held various important positions in Kadin Indonesia and DKI Jakarta. In addition, he was actively involved in several business associations in Indonesia, such as Apindo and HIPPI. His extensive experiences and activities in various industries and organizations will build a strong and constructive monitoring and supervisory function in PGE.
In June 2023, Sujit S. Parhar was appointed Independent Commissioner of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Structural Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University.
Experienced more than 25 years leading the field of investment in several countries. He currently serves as Managing Director of Masdar Asia Pacific, where his main duties are to lead and manage development and asset management for clean energy investments in the Asia-Pacific region. He has served as a non-executive director for several public and private companies in Singapore and Malaysia.
Dannif Danusaputro was appointed Commissioner of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk in June 2023. He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Stern Business School (New York University) and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Indonesia.
Has an important role in realizing Indonesia's energy transition by building a future renewable energy portfolio and has extensive experience in finance, equity financing, and structured financing. Currently, he serves as CEO of PT Pertamina Power Indonesia and was once entrusted as the Business Twenty (B20) Policy Advisor, which was part of the G20 Summit.
Harris, a holder of Electricity and Energy Management degree from Universitas Indonesia and Electronics Engineering degree from Universitas Hasanuddin, was appointed as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk in 2022.
He previously served various important positions in the Directorate General of New Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. His experience in various sectors related to Electricity and Energy will enrich the Board of Commissioners and provide insight and direction for PGE to be more active in the provision of green energy for a better future.
