JAKARTA - PGE holds a Sharing Knowledge Program that is packaged in a webinar event on Tuesday (24/07/2018) at PGE headquarters, Menara Cakrawala, Central Jakarta. This event can be followed online by all Pertamina workers.
This Program Sharing Knowledge event is about 7 Year PGE Preserving Gold PROPER with speakers of PGE Ali Mundakir President Director, and GM PGE Area Kamojang Wawan Darmawan as moderator.
The event was held for the first time in KOMET Webinar forum involving Top Management as a speaker in 2018. It turned out that this event received a very positive response from Pertamina workers, as many as 268 people participated in this webinar from all Pertamina.
The material presented by Ali Mundakir explains about PGE Area Kamojang strategy of maintaining PROPER of Gold up to 7 times in a row. "In maintaining the Gold PROPER, the Company must make continuous innovation in 3 (three) main aspects, namely in Management System, Resource Utilization, and Community Empowerment", explains Ali Mundakir.
"In every major aspect innovation should continue and never stop. This can not be separated from the structured CIP program, so that the formation of innovation culture in PGE itself. In the field of CSR, PGE's flagship program is the development of Geothermal Tourism Village which has gained much appreciation from the government, as well as from the Kamojang community itself. This is not separated from the implementation of evaluation & work plan is mature and structured ", he added.
Ali at the end of the material also gives 12 (twelve) main strategies that PGE undertakes in maintaining the Gold PROPER that is divided into internal strategies and external strategies.
