President Director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) (IDX: PGEO) Julfi Hadi received the prestigious award as The Best CEO of the Year 2023 in the energy industry in Indonesia. The award given by Business News Indonesia also gave appreciation to PGE as The Best Human Capital Technology Strategy 2023 and The Best Employee Engagement Strategy 2023 in the energy industry category. PGE managed to get a score of 545.
"This award is certainly a positive trigger to continue to work even better in the future," said President Director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk, Julfi Hadi on the sidelines of the 2023 Human Capital & Performance Awards.
PGE received this award through the 2023 Human Capital & Performance Awards. This activity was held at the Mulia Hotel, Jakarta on Wednesday, November 29 2023.
Julfi said that receiving these awards was a form of recognition that PGE had implemented the best standards in human resource management. "The existence of this award means that PGE's business continuity can be fulfilled optimally," he said.
Meanwhile, in developing PGE's Human Resources (HR), Julfi implemented human capital value creation (Human Capital Value Creation). These include workforce planning (Manpower Planning), talent search (Talent Sourcing), learning and development programs (Learning and Development Programs), governance and compliance risks (Governance Risk and Compliance), performance and culture management (Performance and Culture Management ), reward and retention schemes (Rewards and Retention Schemes), and separation (Separation).
"The implementation of value creation in the human resources aspect is concrete evidence of the Company's seriousness in creating added value in its operations," said Julfi.
Julfi also believes that investing in human resources is important, for this reason he provides various programs to hone PGE's human resources to become the best officers. "The ultimate goal is how to accompany Indonesia's clean energy transition, such as training and certification, talent exchange, and scholarship programs.
