Promoting HR Quality, PGE Holds PATP Training

ULUBELU - In order to encourage and improve the quality of work of HR (Human Resources), especially in the administration section, PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) held a PGE Integrated Administration Management (PATP) training in Ulubelu (23-24 / 01).

PATP training initiated by the Quality Management (QM) function is divided into 2 (two) days. The first day the topic discussed was Correspondence Management. In this program the participants were taught how to make letters, both electronic and physical letters that were in accordance with the established provisions, both systematic and standardized writing.

On the second day at the same time closing the training was held again with the topic Discussion Document Management. This program teaches basic knowledge of document control and quality records. Participants will be guided on how to develop an effective document control system and how to manage the document to keep it updated, easy to trace and functional.

Document control affects almost all departments / work units, ranging from managing policy documents, quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, and external documents originating from outside the organization.

PGE's Mindaryoko Corporate Secretary said that the training aims to improve the quality of human resources, especially those directly involved in the administration and documents.

"The Correspondence Management program teaches to synchronize electronic and physical mail. So that workers no more mistakes in correspondence within the company. The Document Management program emphasizes the importance and role of the documentation process in conformity with the Quality Management System, and also in the work plan of an organization. in system implementation and maintenance. " Mindaryoko said

PGE GM Ulubelu Mawardi explained that the PATP training event was very useful for PGE workers, so that the correspondence and document arrangement could be resolved properly.

"I hope that the Workers, especially the Admins, can directly implement what has been obtained at this PATP training event to be more neat and organized. Mawardi said.
