To maintain operational reliability in all areas, PGE has implemented an Asset Integrity Management System through several programs including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Mobile Asset Management Application (SAMS application). and Mobile Real-time Plant Monitoring Application (JARVIS application).
To maintain the reliability of operational units, PGE proactively conducts condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. Based on the results of the predictive maintenance as well as the manufacturer’s guidelines, PGE carries out Major and Minor Inspection activities to maintain the safety, performance, and reliability of operational units in an optimal condition. Moreover, PGE is continuously digitizing its line of operations and developing a data integration and analytics platform as part of efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the predictive maintenance strategy that has been implemented so far.
